Torrevieja Apartment Prices and Pick-Ups

All fees are shown - there are no extra hidden fees. With our very low prices and so much on offer the apartment is in great demand, so book well in advance.

A deposit of £100 is required for stay. This covers for the length of time 1, 2 or 3 weeks stay, which is fully refunded to the client within 10 days of the clients return to the UK.

A binding contract and receipt will be issued as proof of transactions.

An English speaking driver will be waiting at the airport for the clients arrival. He will be holding a sign illustrating the clients name. There are two airports, Alicante and Murcia. The distance between Alicante airport to Torrevieja is around 25 miles, and Murcia airport to Torrevieja is around 15 miles.

There is a one off payment of ( €40.00 ) £26.66 for the apartment cleaning service, which covers for your stay.

The drivers fees are Alicante airport ( €40.00 ) £26.66 each way. This also covers 4 people; for each person over the amount there is a charge of ( €10.00 ) £6.66.

Murcia airport fees are ( €30.00 ) £20 each way. This also covers 4 people; for each person over the amount there is a charge of ( €10.00 ) £6.66.

Our nominated key holder in Spain is called Richard, he is also your driver. Cleaning and driving fees are paid to him for his and the cleaning services. Accomodation fees are paid in the UK.

Please note as a preference, a Saturday to Saturday booking is very much prefered.
